The popliteal region is commonly call the anterior elbow region? True or False?

This is regarding anatomy. I am research, but this one really stumps me.
Popliteal refers to the area bringing up the rear your knee. Your "kneepit".
There's an artery and capillary and nerve that run through nearby and are named after the region.
False.
I believe the popliteal region is contained by the leg.
